Q: Can your machine use the language of our country?
A: Language can be customized. We have exported to more than 30 countries and have a wealth of overseas experience.
Q: What is your company's payment ? Could it be bill banknotes , coins, credit cards, smart payment ? Or only qr code ?
A: Payment can be banknote, coins and credit card. QR payment is available If your local network environment permits.
Q: How many seconds it produce a cotton candy from payment done?
A: about 1min for simple fancy, about 2min for complicated patterns.
Q: How many cotton candies it can make after the sugar boxes filled up?
A: The machine can make about 200 marshmallows once it is filled with sugar
Q: How can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry(Except weekend and holidays). If you are very urgent to get the
price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote.
Q: Can I buy samples?

Q: What is your lead time?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 10-15 days for small quantity,
and about 30 days for large quantity.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: It depends on what payment method you want to use. If you place an order, please contact me.
Q: What is the shipping method?
A: It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx and ect). Please confirm with us before placing
orders.
Q: How do we secure our payment?

please contact us) About size (1)The product size is measured manually. Due to different product version and differences in manual
measurement, there will be diversity in the size. These details are only for reference and are not a product quality problem;
About the price (1)The marked price is not the final transaction price. The customized product craft, quantity, material, color,
and configuration of each product are different, so the price is different. For the final price, please subjest to the quotation
after discuss with your sales manager. About that product (1) The product is subject to actual shooting. Due to the influence of
different parameters such as shooting technology, light, display, and sticker patterns, the actual product shall be subject to
final production; (2) The goods sold in the store are all large machines. Due to the particularity of the goods, once the order is
placed, it is only responsible for after-sales and returns are not supported. For other situations, please consult with the sales
manager. (3) Before shipping, the sales manager will take photo or video for the machines to confirm with buyer for the
inspection. If the buyer fails to raise a written objection to the seller within 3 days after the inspection is completed, it will
be deemed as qualified;
About warranty (1)The machine is one year warranty without human danmage.Some part half year warranty, For specific matters such
as maintenance and repair, please contact with the sales manager; About Shipping (1) All goods are ex-works prices, and the
freight is responsiable by the customer. The actual freight please contat the sales manager. (2) Due to the customer's personal
problems, the address is uncorrect, the phone is not available etc., the costs incurred due to the detention of the goods or the
refusal of the goods shall be borne by the customer.
